Passionately Loc'd Founder
My name is Charrion, and I’m the founder of Passionately Loc’d , a loc care and education brand rooted in intention, patience, and stewardship. While I’m known for the work I do behind the chair, who I am extends far beyond one role.
I am a wife, a mother, a creative, and a woman of faith. I wear many hats, and each one has shaped the way I show up in my work. My faith grounds me, my family keeps me centered, and my creativity fuels the way I serve others. Together, they’ve taught me that care—whether for hair, people, or purpose—should never be rushed.
Passionately Loc’d was built from a desire to offer more than just a service. I wanted to create a space where women feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their loc journey. My approach focuses on healthy foundations, long-term care, and education over trends. I believe caring for your crown is an act of stewardship, and that consistency and patience matter just as much as technique.
Outside of the chair, I’m deeply committed to learning, creating, and building with intention. I value community, honest conversation, and spaces where women can feel both seen and poured into. Every client interaction is handled with care, boundaries, and respect, because trust is just as important as skill.

Passionately Loc’d was founded from a faith-led desire to provide intentional loc care rooted in healthy foundations, education, and patience, serving women beyond just the style.
I didn’t grow up knowing how to do hair, and for a long time, I never thought I could. What started as learning how to care for my own hair slowly became caring for my husband’s and my child’s. In the process, I realized this wasn’t just about styling, it was about learning, patience, and stewardship.
As I continued, I became a student first. I invested time into understanding loc care, healthy foundations, and long-term maintenance. What began as personal curiosity grew into discipline, education, and a desire to serve others well. With each step, Passionately Loc’d began to take shape, not as something rushed, but as something built intentionally.
This brand was formed through growth, consistency, and obedience. It reflects my belief that you don’t have to start as an expert; you just have to be willing to learn, show up, and grow. Passionately Loc’d is a testament to becoming, and to what can happen when you steward what’s in your hands with care.
