Do you accept new clients?
Yes. New clients are welcome and can book directly through the online booking system. Please review services, policies, and FAQs before booking to ensure the best fit.

What happens if I’m late?
A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you show up at that time a late fee will accrue. Any time After that, appointments may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Please review the full policy page for details.

Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. Deposits and services are non-refundable. Please book thoughtfully.

Do you offer consultations?
How do I know which service to book?
Consultations are included with services. Separate consultations may be recommended for clients starting locs, combing out locs or making major changes.
If you’re unsure, review the service descriptions carefully and consider where you are in your loc journey (starter, maintenance, or corrective care). If needed, you may be advised during your appointment if a different service is more appropriate. My contact is available for further questions feel free to reach out and i will get back to you within 24 hours as I may be with a client.
How often should I get a retwist?
Most clients benefit from a retwist every 6–8 weeks. Retwisting too often can cause thinning or stress at the roots. Clients with starter locs will be advised to come every 4-6 weeks for the first year

No. Loc extensions are not currently offered due to the long-term liability and maintenance risks associated with them.
