Our Policies

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once within a week using the same deposit if proper notice is given. If you fail to reschedule in this time period, a new deposit will be due. 

Cancelling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in being charged 50% of the service fee in order to rebook. 

Depositis

A Non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go towards your total service. No appointment is confirmed until your deposit is received. 

Late Arrivals 

A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
